Amsterdam (4 February 2026) – Jansen Recycling Group, market leader in recycling various types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and expert in dismantling and decommissioning in the offshore and onshore industry, acquired Metaalhandel W. Ketting & Zn (Ketting). With this acquisition, Jansen Recycling Group strengthens its position in areas such as container processing and enables a total solution for offshore-related customers.

Metaalhandel W. Ketting & Zn was founded in 1959 and is currently managed by Willeke Ketting, the third generation of the Ketting family. The company is active in the collection, sorting, cutting, bulking, and trading of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, specializing in the recycling of various types of containers, such as tank containers, shipping containers, reefers and flats. Ketting is strategically located in Rotterdam-Pernis on the banks of the Nieuwe Maas.
